What's for dinner?

The Times has 101 suggestions that take 10 minutes or less . . . seriously. In my brief perusal it appears the items you should stock your pantry with generally include olive oil (my fave), basil, garlic, pasta and maybe a lobster and clams - I don't generally have these last two swimming around my apartment but maybe I should look into installing a tank.

You have no idea how much I need this. I'm so proud of myself of the three meals I've made at home this week. That's a real feat!
